Season 7 - (Almost) Mid-season power rankings

Filling in for the (temporarily) retired Chuckles McGee, I will providing power rankings on a quarterly basis, starting with the mid-point of Season 7. My methods might be a little different than Chuckles', and if you don't like the new method, well...I don't really care, I'm a man! I'm 40!

The rankings are based on win-loss percentage, pythag win-loss percentage (or run differential), and overall team statistics. Injuries don't play a role, mostly because Stiffy is a busy man, and there are other, more important things that require Stiffy's attention.
