Season 28 is now half way finished, so it's time to see how the latest power rankings shake out.  The top 3 remains unchanged with Atlanta, Texas and Florida holding those spots.  Chicago moves up 1 spot to #4 and New York moves up 1 spot to #5.  There were some big movers outside the top 5, so let's see who those are.
