Dover is firmly entrenched as the world's top team, continuing their stellar play this season. Little Rock stays at #2 with impressive numbers, despite falling off a bit in the win column. Their numbers say they should have a better record. Boston has the best record since the last rankings and comes in at #4, although their pitching numbers are still a cause for concern.
