S59 Top Players

This post used to cover MVP, Cy Young, and Rookie voting; but that took too much time to write in such a short period of time to prepare that I'm mixing it up this season. In the previous post we used to list the top 25 position players and pitchers but this year we'll sort them by actual position (at their primary position played), perhaps next year we'll still cover things like we did for the voting posts, stats like extra base hits (xBH), Weighted Runs Above Average (wRAA), weighted On-Base Average (wOBA), weighted runs created plus (wRC+), weighted stolen bases (wSB), their fantasy points as determined by our very own blog writer Mr Eli Cash; and even some of the more standard stats that people are used to. For pitchers we'll look at Adjusted ERA (100 is league average), etc. Bold names indicate Silver Slugger. Underlined names indicate Gold Glove Winners. All Caps indicate MVP/CY Young winner. Italicized names indicate Rookie of the Year.
