- Philadelphia - $39M - won't commit.
- New York - $34M - Cleared two of his three signings last off season via waiver wire and now has the room to chase after AT. Will it sway Tarraga's opinion, knowing New York has the best hitting coach in the game today?
- Buffalo - $31M - cleared some room and now they can offer the max deal to their former 1B. Will the home team be able to make him the corner stone of their franchise? Did Tarraga like it in Buffalo? At least it's not Canada, but close.
- Houston - $30M - rebuild
