Season 4 Power Rankings - Regular Season #3

It's another edition of the Power Rankings for your reading enjoyment. And for the 3rd straight edition, we have a new #1. The Burlington Huskies take over the top spot after going 14-2 since the last rankings came out, including winning their last 9. The biggest jumper of the week was the Charleston Chew who rose 12 spots in the rankings after going an impressive 13-3 in their last 16. Let's look at who else is on the rise, as well as the teams that are in a downward spiral.

Teams on the rise: Burlington, Charleston, Chicago, New York (AL), Rochester, Huntington, Hartford, Oakland, Texas

Teams on the decline: Vancouver, Fargo, Buffalo, Durham
