Let's take our final look at the S49 power rankings. It was a tight race, but Buffalo claims the top spot with the World Series win. The next two spots are the every predictable New York and Colorado Springs. You can bet on them being top 5 next season as well. 

• Movers
• Dover climbs three spots and inches away from the top 5. 
• Chicago, lead by their pitching, continues to show well and moves 5 spots to #13. 
• Philadelphia's young crew shows off and rises 5 spots to the top 20. Should be interesting to see where they fall next season. 
• Shakers
• Hartford slips 2 spots to the #31 spot. 
• Anaheim, Colorado, Santa Fe, and Los Angeles all slip 1 spot from their previous spot.
