3/4 season mark, last set of rankings until the season completes. Lots of recent movement, with New York claiming the top slot. Oklahoma City has to be feeling better about themselves lately as they climb up the rankings too, climbing 3 spots to #2.

• Boston climb up 9 to (un)lucky #13 
• Cincinnati gains 6 to the #15
• Chicago inches up 4 to #21
• Sliders
• Wichita with the biggest decline of 7 all the way down to #24. 
• Colorado, Austin, and Vancouver all slip 4 slots to 17, 18, & 19 respectively
